Crosspointe

Crosspointe represents passion in pursuit of a dream.  Planned urban villages are being developed across the country in response to a more pedestrian mixed use aesthetic.  The formula usually includes retail, restaurant, office, multi-family residential, and recreational opportunities in a compact urban design.  That formula almost never includes a church!  Crosspointe is a community of Believers currently based in a storefront in Carrollton, Texas, who wish to be a part of a new formula. 

The concept is centered on a black box theater that serves as a community venue on weekdays throughout the year and is utilized by the church for weekend services.  A spacious lobby with coffee bar provides community / fellowship space, and meeting and conference rooms function for both community conferences and Bible study.  To further inter-link the church and its community, a public amphitheatre anchors the outdoor plaza with the adjacent three corners of a planned mixed-use development.  Now…if the Developers can catch the VISION…
