Shanks Architects is a small but growing design firm working with institutional and commercial clients in several states. We are conveniently located on Beltline Road near the Tollway in North Dallas and offer an opportunity to grow and learn in a collaborative and supportive environment. 

 We are seeking Architects and Architectural Interns. There is no set level of experience required. Emphasis will be based on the ability to demonstrate proficiency in one or more of several skills including production of construction documents, understanding of building codes, ability to coordinate with consultants, have good verbal and written communication skills, have a sensitivity to or a talent in Architectural design, have experience with one or more of the office standard software programs such as AutoCad, SketchUp, Viz, Artlantis, Photoshop and Revit (near future).
